We offer flat rate express International shipping on all our orders. All International orders are delivered in 3-8 Business days once shipped.

Ready To Ship
All orders with products in this category are ready to ship and are processed within 0-5 business days. Shipping time for domestic orders is an additional 3-8 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pre-Order/ Made To Order
Pre-orders are products that are made on order basis i.e after you make the payment. All pre-order products will have the PREORDER NOW Label on them instead of add to cart label.
Pre-order Products take a processing time of about 5-30 business days. Transit time for domestic orders is an additional 3-8 business days. Please note that this is the maximum time and your order, in most cases would reach you much before these. Rest assured we’ll try to get your products to you at the earliest.
Pre-order products require online payment only. Pre-orders are processed only after the payment is made hence COD is not available for pre-orders. If the order can’t be delivered for any reasons we shall send you a full refund through bank transfer.
COD will not be available for your entire order if your cart contains pre-order Products. To avail COD for non pre-order items, please place separate orders for pre-order and non pre-order products.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Cupiditee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Returns Policy
Shipping & Handling(COD/Paypal) charges are non refundable. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within a few days.
