You can raise a return request by dropping an email at email@example.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with any additional free gifts(if applicable).
Shipping & COD costs are non-refundable.

For other product categories (like jewellery, bags and accessories), if you are not happy with the product for any reasons (which is not very likely, but, just in case) you can return the products within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not available for International orders at the moment. However, if you still wish to return your order for any reason, please write to us and same shall be handled on case to case basis. In such a case, you need to return the products within 7 days of delivery.

Self – Returns
You have to ship us the products yourself at the given address. You can write to us and we can try to also arrange for a return pick up for you if possible. In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you separately.
If you are shipping an item yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure you pack the items well before shipping them back. Any damages to the product while return shipping is solely the customers responsibility.
