You can raise a return request by dropping an email at email@example.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with any additional free gifts(if applicable).
Shipping & COD costs are non-refundable.
We offer free returns for Clothing and Footwear Products! Basically, If its something that doesn’t fit you, rest assured, the returns are on us!
For other product categories(non-size oriented – like jewellery, bags and accessories), if you are not happy with the product for any reasons (which is not very likely, but, just in case) you can return the products within 14 days of delivery. You can return the products within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You have to ship us the products yourself at the given address. You can write to us and we can try to also arrange for a return pick up for you if possible. In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you separately.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a wrong order or a defective or damaged product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the order(preferably with a picture) and we would do the needful.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Please mail us about the same for more details.

If you are shipping an item yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
